This MRV system will make it possible to identify the service provider, the amount and value of the credits.<\/p>\n<p>PNBSAE accepts all existing methodologies, from regulatory and voluntary markets, that have been submitted for registration, internally verified and made available to users. Periodic training must be carried out to update PNBSAE users, consultants and auditors.<\/p>\n<p>The PNBSAE can also accept new methodologies that have been developed and approved through public consultations, provided they are submitted for evaluation and registration. The PNBSAE allows the market to judge the feasibility of investing in projects with different CSR approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, in order to register an MRV methodology with the PNBSAE, it has to be sent for analysis, undergo an internal audit and be made available through the mechanism to interested parties. Methodologies not yet available in the PNBSAE and that are used in PIN or carbon projects, may be approved for use, provided that they meet the adequacy criteria. The criteria for the suitability of MRV methodologies for the PNBSAE include their successful use in other projects, market recognition, approval by another renowned project development mechanism, technical opinion from a specialist in the area recommending their use, and others.<\/p>\n<p>To register the MRV methodology at PNBSAE, the following documents are required, which can be sent to the email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:comunicacao@acaoverde.org.br\">comunicacao@acaoverde.org.br<\/a>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>1. ART of the professional qualified to work in the area;<\/p>\n<p>2. Full methodology document, including its primary source (CDM, VCS, Plan Vivo etc);<\/p>\n<p>3. Authorization or declaration, or other evidence, of publicity of the methodology \u2013 when applicable (public consultation, approval by the Technical Panel, etc.);<\/p>\n<p>4. Favorable technical opinion from a registered PNBSAE Consultant on the applicability of the MRV methodology for the purposes of the PNBSAE;<\/p>\n<p>5. Favorable technical opinion from the PNBSAE Auditor on the MRV methodology in question;<\/p>\n<p>6.
